Ebenfalls nicht neu ist das sich die vorgegebenen Arbeitszeiten nicht immer mit den angebotenen Betreuungszeiten der Institutionen vereinbaren lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Dies f\u00fchrt in der Regel dazu das ein Elternteil die Arbeit aufgibt um die Kinder zu betreuen oder mit viel Aufwand das famili\u00e4re Umfeld zur Betreuung herangezogen wird.
